A good second opinion doesn't undermine your doctor: it either confirms the plan so you proceed with confidence, or it surfaces alternatives you deserve to know about. Either way, you decide from a position of knowledge.

- A written summary of our opinion: the diagnosis as we see it, the reasonable options (including doing nothing), and the benefits and risks of each
- A copy for your referring or treating doctor, if you wish, the choice to share is entirely yours
